A more advanced gymnastics class
including instruction on such devices as the pummel horse, uneven bars

| Spring Break Camp | Join us for a 5 day action packed spring break camp! Enjoy swimming, field trips, team building activities, learning experiences, great friends, and so much more! This camp is available for ages 5-12 and runs 9am - 4pm daily. Registration runs March 14th - 23rd. Before and after care is available 7-9am or from 4-6pm. |
| Camp Journey | Camp Journey is a summer camp program for children with special needs. The camp is eight weeks and takes place from 9-3 pm Monday-Friday. Transportation is arranged for children attending. Age range is 6-15 years old. |
| School's Out Camp | Kids can have a day of fun when schools have a scheduled day off. They will participate in swimming, team-building activities, sports, devotions, crafts and more! The YMCA provides snacks twice a day while parents provide a healthy lunch. The YMCA's featured camps include Winter Break and Spring Break. |
| Summer Day Camp | A fun activity filled camp consisting of swimming, devotions, team-building activities, field trips, movies, meals & tons of interaction! Theme weeks are from June 13th - August 19th and include Game Show Mania, Aviation, Superhero and more! Field Trips include Laser Web, COSI and Splash Zone. | Cincinnati Flying Pig Kids' Marathon | This program consists of kids accumulating a total of 25 miles of running over the course of 3 months: February, March & April. It culminates with children completing their last mile at the Cincinnati Marathon in May! The gym is set up for all kids to run a mile with their new friends at the Y! |
| Healthy Kids' Day | Families participate in a variety of fun activities together in an effort to reinforce healthy lifestyles. |
| Home School PE | A program which offers recreational classes specifically for Home School students (ages 5-13) throughout the school year. |
| Kids' Triathlon | Have your child
enjoy the rush of taking part in a Triathlon! This event consists of a
set-distance bike, swim & run dependent on the age group. 5-6 yrs: Swim 25 yds, Bike 1 mile, Run .25 miles 7-10 yrs: Swim 100 yds, Bike 2.5 miles, Run .5 miles 11-14 yrs: Swim 150 yds, Bike 4.5 miles, Run 1 mile |
| Personal Training | A fitness program tailored to your individual needs with appropriate progressions. |
| Ultimate Performance | This program challenges athletes to reach their full potential. The goal is to increase agility, linear speed, acceleration, overall strength and power. The program is available to all athletes and individuals 12+ (7th grade+) who want to improve athletic ability and/or overall fitness. |

| Child/Parent Swim Lessons | With instruction, learn how to teach your child (6mo-3yrs old) how to be safe in the water. This class includes games and songs that aid in water acclimation, beginning water skills and discovery. A parent must accompany the child in water at all times |
| Child Swim Lessons (3-5yrs old) | Pike (Beginner): Children will develop safe pool behavior, adjust to the water, and develop independent movement in the water. Designed for new swimmers through the teaching of basic paddle stroke, kicking skills, pool safety, and breathing control |
| Eel (Advanced Beginner): Skills include kicking the length of the pool, rotary breathing, front crawl, elementary backstroke, and pool safety. Focus is placed on increasing independence | |
| Ray (Intermediate): Class is structured to increase swimmers endurance level. Swimmers work on swimming front crawl and elementary backstroke the length of the pool | |
| Starfish (Advanced): This class builds on the previous skills and strokes with the addition of back crawl and breaststroke. Focus is on endurance | |
| Youth Swim Lessons (6yrs old+) | Polliwog (Beginner-School Age): Swimmer will learn front crawl & elementary backstroke |
| Guppy: The swimmer works on building endurance to swim the length of the pool using front crawl, elementary backstroke, and back crawl | |
| Minnow: The swimmer will learn breaststroke and work on the skills and strokes from the previous class | |
| Fish: The swimmer will refine their front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, and elementary breaststroke. New skills include sidestroke and butterfly | |
| Advanced: The final level for swimmers to develop a wide range of aquatics experiences including refining stroke technique, learning rescue skills, practicing leadership, and participation | |

| Family Fun Nights | A night of fun for families once per month during the fall and winter. Each month will have a different theme. Our last family fun night featured a superhero theme where kids dressed up as their favorite superheroes with prizes awarded to kids with the five best costumes. The night also featured the movie Bolt on a projected screen in the pool during 1 1/2 hours of swimming! A record 20 families (73 people) participated in the fun event. |
