Registration for programs at the Y is easy and convenient. You do not need to be a member to sign up for programs, but you do need to be a Y member to register for programs online. If you have never been a member, participated in a Springfield Family YMCA program, or registered online for a program before, please contact us to get your information into our Registration System.
