Facility Rental
Having a Special Occasion and looking for a great place to have it?

The Springfield Family YMCA is a great place to host your event. We allow the rental of our facility during non-facility hours. We have 3 basic types of rental which may include swimming, basketball, soccer, walleyball, and/or additional recreation!

Rental Hours Available: Monday - Friday after 10:00pm Saturdays after 7:00pm Sundays after 7:00pm (winter months) |

Rental Options One program area for 1 hour: Pool, Gym or Youth Gym Fee: $100 Member, $200 Community -------------------------------------------------- 3 hour Facility Rental: Includes 1.5 hours of pool time Use of Main Gym & Youth Center Fee: $ 300 Member, $500 Community -------------------------------------------------- Overnight Facility Rental: From 10:00pm - 6:00am Includes 2 hours of pool time Use of Main Gym, Youth Center & Racquetball Courts Fee: $1,000 Member & Community ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Additional Lifeguard Fee: Rental cost includes 1 lifeguard (20 swimmers MAX) For every additional lifeguard: $20 per hour
REMEMBER: One chaperone needs to be in the water with every 2 children under the age of 6! If there are no chaperones in the water, the children WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SWIM! Also we require a ratio of 1 chaperone for every 10 kids when renting our facility. NOTE: We have tables and chairs available for use during your event. Food (pizza and/or other items may be delivered to the YMCA with prior notice given. ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON YMCA PROPERTY!

Scheduling
We ask that events be booked at least 1 month in advance
A deposit of $50 for one program area rental or $150 for 3 hour and overnight rentals must be made within 2 weeks of booking your event.
Full payment MUST be received and contract completed 1 week prior to your event.
