Adult Intermediate Swim Lessons (18+) |
Pre-requisite: Front crawl with rotary breathing (25yds), Elementary backstroke (25yds), Tread water (1 minute). New skills include many strokes, diving skills, turns, and many more advanced skills. |

Aqua Zumba |
A dynamic combo of salsa, hip hop and calypso steps set to spicy Latin music in the pool! Classes are Saturday from 1:15-2:15 pm. |
