Troy Cromwell, Maintenance Director

Troy had over a dozen years of experience in maintenance prior to his arrival to the Springfield Family YMCA in 2003. Troy and his staff do a little bit of everything at the YMCA, continually maintaining the building and grounds for its members. Two of Troy’s biggest passions are family and music. Troy has two daughters. His oldest just graduated from Bowling Green University and is now teaching at Graham High School while his youngest daughter is currently a sophomore at Bowling Green, majoring in telecommunications. He also has two step sons who both attend Hayward Middle School and love playing sports. Troy also loves music and spent much of the 1980’s and 1990’s writing, recording and performing live in the tri-state area. He continues to perform to this day.
