Bruce Patmos, Head Swim Coach

Bruce began his coaching career at the Springfield Family YMCA in 1983 for the SPY swim team. He later worked at Oasis Aquatics and Canyons Aquatics in California from 1988-2005 before rejoining the Springfield Family YMCA in 2006 and resuming his head coaching duties for SPY. Bruce now manages all aspects of competitive swimming for both SPY and club teams and is also in charge of advertising and fundraising for his teams. Bruce, a graduate of Wright State University with a business degree, enjoys spending time with his family, farming and working out.
